Welcome to the Cathedral of Faith Member Portal, a service devoted to helping you manage your personal information, contributions and much more as members of the congregation.

Please review the list of FAQs available to address several common questions.

  • Can I change my username?
    No, to protect the integrity of the data, all username changes must be requested through an incident/ticket submission - How Can We Help?.
  • Can more than one member have the same username and email address?
    No, each username must be unique. Each member will have their own profile connected to their personalized email address.
  • How often is the contribution data refreshed?
    Contribution is refreshed every 10 days.
  • At what age will my child have access to the system?
    Access is given to members 18 years and older.
  • What should I do if I have questions regarding my contributions?
    Questions regarding your contributions or account profile should be submitted via the Membership Support Form.
  • What information on my profile can I update?
    Currently in order to keep data in sync you can update name, address, phone number, and birthdate.
  • Can my child make updates to their profile and other family members?
    No, only the primary can make updates to the family members.
  • Will a child be able to view the parents’ information?
    No, children will not be able to access the portal.
  • Is it possible for an individual that is part of a family to receive their own information and not have it grouped as a family?
    No, not at this time.
  • If I am part of a family, is there a way for both spouses to received emails of Giving Statements?"
    Yes.
